Eco Able sheet line takes aim at micro-plastic pollution

Eco Able sheets feature ecologically responsible additives that allow microbes to break down the poly component as they do with natural fiber.

New York – KG Linens is spotlighting natural fibers, biodegradability and plant-based technology.

The manufacturer’s cotton-rich Eco Able sheet line is designed to deliver the comfort and durability of polyester with an improved end-of-life outcome. Certified ecologically responsible additives allow microbes to break down the poly component as they do with natural fiber, reducing the persistence of micro-plastic pollution in oceans. The 400-count sheets are also smooth, pill-resistant and moisture-wicking.

The company’s 100% cotton At Ease sheets are made with Enhance, a natural, plant-based technology, that resists wrinkles, pilling and shrinking. The technology allows for quick release of soil and quick dry. Also 400-count, the sheets are soft, breathable and moisture-wicking.

The Bay Street sheet collection is 300-count blend of Tencel and cotton that is certified compostable and biodegradable. The soft and silky bedding wicks moisture and is also wrinkle- and fade-resistant.
